Hi everyone,
I am needing some advice regarding worms in a cat. I got Oreo about 5 weeks ago now and even though the vet treated her for fleas and worms I just saw one in her bottom!!!!! I took her to the vet just yesterday for vaccines and a re-check to confirm she is now OK to spay and the vet did not want to bother with a fecal (said cats digestion track makes it dangerous to take a fecal sample?). The vet is saying just re-treat her with the Advantage II, but it has only been 1 week since her last application?
Anyway, Oreo is still looking pregnant even after having lost her kittens (NOT able to breed again since being with me!!!) and has REAL bad gas
The worm was alive, on it's way out of her bottom, round, cream and gross, LOL! I think she ate it
SOOOO GROSS!!!!!!
What more can I do to get rid of these disgusting parasites? I have a six year old and do not want him to get anything
