But I have better news now too!!! (OMG I think Im going to burst into song soon!! ha ha ha) We found THE perfect house this weekend... but it needs loads doing to it so we thought we'd just put in a stupid offer to start at (like 16000 below the asking price)and they are actually considering it!!

I know it doesn't necessarily mean we'll get it that cheap... but if they are considering it hopefully we won't have to go much higher!! WHOOOPEEEE!!!! Oooops, sorry, I mean WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! (Ooooo Im already planning the decor!!! )
