Funny you say it. The black panther is really a leopard, but being black the spots arent visible. Otherwise they are a twin races. (art, whatever).

So what is the underlaying line here??

Actually Steph - the black Leopard's spots DO show up - in the sunlight you can clearly see them

Both Goldie and Biter had stripes that you could see and I know at least one if not all of the 3 kittens(Goldie Jr, Runt and Half-tail) we have left do as well. I think dark tabbies are a lot more common than most people think. I think he is a dsh tabby, but he really could be almost anything. Biter, Goldie, Goldie Jr, Runt, and Half-tail are actually Maine Coon mixes. Biter and Goldie's mom and grandma to everyone else is a beautiful Maine Coon named Mama) You'd never know it by looking at them, or Nuts. Attitude is the only one who looks like a Maine Coon mix. Everyone else looks like a DSH.
