Woman dies from too much water?!

I work with clients who suffer from Prader-Willie Syndrome where they are constanly starving, because they cant constanly eat (they have to be restricted, they will literaly eat til they are sick and keep eating). But to try combat this they drink water, one of the patients I work with drank so much that she collapsed and was unconscious. It's something to be wary of, but she did drink A LOT of water, I'm talking about 10litres per day.
