I have a mama to 12 week old babies that are fully weaned, but still *occasionally* nurse if she lets them. She still has milk. The rescue I work with has a 3 week old bottle baby they need assistance with. Do y'all think she would take it in as her own? Anybody have experience with a situation like this? I'm curious since there is a bit of an age gap. Thanks!

It varies greatly from mother to mother. In general, from foster mom's I follow online, give the older kittens ages she is likely to not nurse the kitten but provide mothering support (grooming, parenting, cuddling, etc). The bottle baby would need to be suprervised with the older kittens until it is probably 5-6 weeks old because 3 weeks isn't quite mobile enough to keep up with older ones.
