why is my cat doing this

My cat Luna is suckling on anything I wear have tryed teddies don't work tryed moving her again don't work she has also started to pine at my window n try n follow visitors when they are leaving this behavior of pining has started since my other cat Lilly passed away however the suckling is always been there since she was a baby she has also started to become more niddy n my shadow is this her way of coping with the lose of her mate or something else n how can I help her?
