Why do cats shake their head/ears

My cats' ears are cleaned after every 2 months. However, they still shake their ears SOMETIMES and i don't understand why. Is it normal?

Do your cats shake their heads at specific times? Do the shake their heads immediately after cleaning, or does it take a while before the head shaking starts again. When you have your cats' ears cleaned, what does the vet/cleaner say about them and/or what do they find? Are your cats prone to ear infections/mites/wax?

I think they shake before cleaning and sometimes after cleaning. Well, the vet has never said anything after cleaning and no they're not prone to any of those

I can't really say if they have mites because they are strictly indoor cats. I'm so paranoid I don't even let them get close to the window if it's open
