Why didn't anyone warn me the body falls about after age 35?

I'm almost 49 and my neck always hurts, I get hot flashes, I'm tired... But I am happy

I just wanted to vent. I miss the energy I had when I was 20!

Kudo's to that, life is to short and I try to remind myself often that there are many other people in the world far worse off then me...

My Neck has hurt bad for years and chest and back and I try to ignore it. I do not like pills and use pain patches. It will not stop me from going anywhere.
