Earlier today I stopped at a local convenience store. The aisle I walked down had a couple of teenage boys in there, probably 13-15 years old (i'm terrible at telling age, but they were definitely young teens).
Anyhoo, as I was walking down the small aisle, I noticed that they were staring at me with the guiltiest look on their faces and a magazine in their hand. I stayed in the aisle for another minute finding what I needed. The boys kept glancing at me, realized I wasn't in a rush and placed the magazine back on the rack and ran to another aisle.
When I cashed out and looked back, the boys were back in that aisle. holding the same magazine and looking around. That's when it definitely dawned on me what they were trying to do.
I watched for a quick second and noticed another person walk down that aisle and they placed the magazine back on the rack and went to another aisle. There were just way too many people in that store.
So I left.
