I live in the panhandle of Florida right under Alabama and we didn't receive even a half inch of rain from Fay. The front of that storm completely fell apart after it dumped inches in Tallahassee.
I think we were the only part of Florida that didn't have a visit from Fay.

North Alabama here, got loads of rain Sunday and Monday, just some here and there yesterday.....back to hot and humid today though!
I do....
....live in the South that is. The deep South. All we received from Fay was a short downpour coupled with tornado warnings this past Sunday. And now, Gustav is going to soon be barreling down on the Gulf of Mexico. My wish is that it would just fall apart in the Gulf, but that most likely won't happen.
Another eastern NC'ian here...Will this rain ever bloody end???
