I noticed something odd with my little Loki. He's 7-ish months old now and was neutered back in December. The other day while petting him I noticed he had some white-ish dried substance around his sheath, which I thought was strange. He then decided to lick himself clean, rendering my observations impossible. A few days later thought I noticed the same thing again. So I'm wondering, can a neutered cat ejaculate? I would think not seeing as there shouldn't be testicule to produce seminal fluid. However, I know it's sometimes possible for a testicule (or both) to not descend and remain in the abdomen. Could it be such a case if it is indeed sperm? If not, what else could it be?
