Where is Members Gallery?

I know there is the "pictures pictures" thread, but where is the link to the members gallery? I've been to that gallery page before, but I can't find the link on the site anywhere.

Aha! I see now. Thanks Shell. I was so used to ignoring the thread at the top because nobody can respond to it and it just sits there. I think the only time I read it was when I first registered.
