Now I have to share my secret. When my twin sister and I were very young we each at different times hung on electric fences while they were on. Really!!
I thought only my sister had done this but mom said I did it too. After all twins have to do the same things!! But I have one perfect cup of coffee each morning. And I notice when I eat better (less chips and processed foods) I have more energy. And a good nights sleep I get bed by 10 pm.
