Hi.. I use a little bit of peroxide with a 1/4 cup of water rinse in your month.. then brush... I do this once a month and have white teeth ..if you read on the bottle.. just don't swallow the stuff.. done this for manny years...works just as good as crest strips...Iam a COFFEE DRINKER!!!
