What's your favorite Christmas song? I know there are many more than those I've listed, but I thought I had better stop somewhere.

My favorite Christmas song is 'Oh Holy Night.' I have no idea why, I have just loved that song since I was young.

I always loved singing O Holy Night with the choir.
I was one of the few sopranos in high school that could really hit that super high note at the end.

Actually, though, I think my favorite Christmas related song is Dead By Christmas by Hanoi Rocks.

I seem to get a new favorite every so often. For the past few years, it's been Carol of the Bells. I heard it played on a carillion last summer at the Ren Faire and it was mind blowing!

Carol of the Bells is one of my favorites, gives me shivers! I like the trans-siberian orchestra one the best, but also like the traditional one.

Second favorite (religious song) would be Oh Holy Night..

My two top favorites though are Eartha kitt's 'Santa Baby' and Adam Sandler's "The Chanukah Song"

My favorite is "Lord of the Dance". It's a little pagan, but so joyous and celebratory-what I think Christmas should be.

Whoops, I should have put an 'other' on the poll - I meant to, but I forgot...

All of them would have been an easier choice.

I like Away in a Manger. I like how it's sung in Australia. Apparently it's to a different tune than the one in USA. It's like a lullaby. I could be wrong though.

It is very hard to pick because I like so many. And many that aren't on there too!

Anybody else in love with Amy Grant's Christmas CD? I've worn mine out over the years!

I voted Carol of the Bells because it was my favorite out of the list, but my absolute *favooooorite* is "What Child is This".

Such a beautiful song.

Movin' on up!
I get tired and burned out, with Christmas and "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" appeals to my warped sense of humor.

There is an obscure novelty song called "Here Comes Fatty Claws". It is "R" rated and the last bit goes:

Here he comes, with his "ho-ho-hos"
And all my money, there it go-go-goes.
I'd like to punch him, in his big fat nose
And wish him "Merry Christmas"!

Jeff Foxwothy's "Redneck 12 Days of Christmas" is a fave, too.
