On our just-ended cruise, the High Note Lounge (that's the one up in the circular lounge way up high) had a band called Synergy that did both of those and many others, including great Tina Turner stuff.

Anyone remember Ambrosia?

I've been really getting back into 70's music recently as that is the period I grew up in before I hit my teen years. I was 10 in '78.

I'm not the only one! I have greatest hits CDs of The Osmonds and The Carpenters in my desk. I cringe whenever someone comes in my office and that's blasting away.

The Stray Cat Strut! by the Stray Cats
One of my all-time guilty pleasures.
I also like a lot of 80's R&B/soul dance music.

wow,
i've seen a lot of old songs that I hadn't thought about in a long time.

I love Meatloaf, Paradise by the dashboard lights!

I remember Ambrosia, they had some great songs at one time.

I like the Save a Horse, Ride a cowboy, by Big & Rich.

I like the Stray Cats, Sexy & 17, Stray Cat Strut.

Achy-Breaky heart.

I had a Major crush on David Cassidy & Bobby Sherman in their day.

I like that Pussycats song, Don't cha also.

Macarena & Electric Slide always make you wanna get out of your seat.

Rocky Raccoon is a good one too!!

I used to like Barry Manilow and John Denver too.

Queen is AWESOME!!

The old 80's videos were great at the time.
My mid 20 yr old kids always remember the one of the cartoon drawing
that came to life in the video.
"take on me" not sure of the artist right now.

Lately my secret fav is Kid Rock.
OMG I love some of the stuff on Rock N' Roll Jesus album.
Walmart won't sell it, some of the lyrics do tend to make you go
Hmmmm.

Oh yeh, MC Hammer was pretty good at one time.
And Edgar Winter Group.
Foghat.
The Lettermen. (not David)
Johnny Mathis.

80s and early 90s pop and hair metal. Sunday night is "Backtracks USA" night, and I often find myself (badly) singing along to the music.

I'll come clean and admit that I still like Rick Springfield.
DH took me to a concert that he gave in Phoenix a couple years ago and we had a ball.

I have weird tastes in music-- meaning, I like weird music!
I like parodies/spoofs and "novelty" songs like the things they play on Dr. Demento. I don't really keep that "secret" though! The strangest things I like are probably Jingle Bells by the singing dogs and "Fish Heads" by Barnes and Barnes.

Some of my favorite artists are ones who have weird/silly songs like Weird Al, They Might Be Giants and the Presidents of the U.S.A. I've been to several Weird Al and TMBG concerts, those are two of my top favorites. I also really like Oingo Boingo, Fall Out Boy, All-American Rejects, Evanescence, 80s music, horror movie soundtracks...

Oh and I love this song:
