My cat's soft paws seem like they are all wrong. They look like they have hair matted in them which they didn'twhen I put them on. Should I be worried? I will try to get a picture if it is necessary.

I had some help to put them on and they seemed to put a lot of glue which did ooze out. If it just caught some hair will this be okay?

If the cat is walking normally (not favouring a paw, for example) or chewing at it excessively, it should be okay.

You don't need much glue for the Soft Paws. Each claw cap should be filled just about 1/4 of the way, because that glue is super strong. If it were me, I would remove the claw cover. There are plenty of useful instructions on the Soft Paws website.
