What's Up With Chedders Eye?

What's up with Chedders eye it has been like that for about 3 days?
The skin in the corner that's showing is been kinda red and inflamed it's also been watery.

Chedder is 5 months old

There are three possibilities that jump out at me. This could be allergy related, even though it is only one eye. It could be an injury. It could be conjunctivitis (pink eye). This is going to require a vet check to pin down. And if it is an injury or conjunctivitis, it may well not get better without medication, so please don't "just wait and see."

We took him looks like something poked it we bought 100 worth of medicine

There was a infection he also has a upper respiratory infection we are home now
