I just ate 2 almond Hershey's kisses and 3 dark chocolate cordial cherries
washed down with a Diet Pepsi
Peanut butter and crackers, washed down with coffee.
I just had some macadamia ice-cream and now having some ice cold water

A chocolate and oats FiberOne bar for breakfast. Thought about getting Chick-fil-A chicken minis, but didn't want to stop on the way to work
Whole wheat waffles with some home made blackberry & blueberry jam.
A few Wheat Thins with some onion dip last night.
A piece of rye bread with butter, fresh from the bakery and still warm.
An egg, bacon and cheese quesadilla.
Two bistro steak melt sammies (just the meat, cheese, and peppercorn sauce) from quiznos ....
A banana.
I don't even want to think about everything I ate yesterday (too much, and too much bad stuff), so I better eat something now so I can just say that.
