Dinner out last night to celebrate hubby passing another course.  He's in the home stretch now for finishing his bachelors degree :)  I had maple apricot glazed pork carnitas, braised brocolini, small salad, and a triangular shaped piece of polenta cake (spicy) with the pork.  Yummo.

Pancakes, half with sugar and lemon, and half with lemon curd.  Plus a glass of fresh made carrot, celery, radish and beetroot juice.

Mmmm. Lemon curd. I haven't had that in ages. I used to love spreading it on shortbread.
I had scrambled eggs with ham chunks and cheddar and half a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese.
