If you're not feeling well you shouldn't be drinking coffee. Either plain tea or ginger tea.I wasn't feel well yesterday. I tried to eat my dinner last night which was pork roast, gravy, creamed potatoes, and peas. Most of it is still on the plate in the fridge. This morning I am still drinking coffee. May try for some gluten free oatmeal this morning. I think the episode yesterday was something I ate that was not gluten free.

I'm overweight as well. I am trying to eat as healthy as possible to keep my blood pressure down. Pizza sounds yummy. I had veggies and french onion veggie dip for lunch and it was sooooo good.
Try to add different things. I hate it too but will soak it in milk then add fruit to it to mask it. I find I enjoy it alot more when I can sorta drink it then sit with a bowl and spoon.
I am overweight so looking at GD and my BP is on higher end of normal so guess I better be having some often
