Pita with houmus, tehina, sliced hard boiled eggs and broad beans cooked in a Middle Eastern way that I can't explain - it's called 'ful' maybe somebody else knows what I mean - and some very spicey green hot peppers made into a paste and black seedless grapes.
Now that sounds good!  I'd love it if anyone could give more detail about how the boiled eggs and broad bean dish is made.

No, I do not solicit!!!!   Sometimes have carry a lot of documents around between meetings and if I don't want to look like a scruff I take my briefcase - the fact that it's bright purple stops me looking TOO sensible though.

I've just eaten some dates.

I'll see if I can find a recipe or maybe my d.in.law knows.
I love purple. I started wearing it 54 years ago when I saw a v-neck in a men's shop on my way to school in Kilburn. My mum bought it for me.
Black seedless grapes.
Chicken and rice left overs.
Cashew nuts and almonds.

Kilburn, now that triggered a memory.  I spent several weekends there doing a massage course of all things!  (Not my usual type of activity and it was for my work at the time -  in the Nat' Health Service in case anyone has other ideas!)  One of them was the weekend of Live Aid and I had to sit on the tube going to a course while everyone else on the planet seemed to be going to Wembley Arena.

A cup of tea, a chapati and some roasted mixed beans.  Didn't know what I wanted to eat tonight.

Prawns, veggies and noodles take away. The prawns were good...
A magnum ice cream
And earlier a baguette with tons of butter and marmite. Yum.
