A slice of pineapple upside down cake. That's what Rick wanted me to make for dessert for Labor Day on Monday. I had that last night in lieu of dinner. I didn't have time to cook last night, so he had leftovers from Monday and I had the slice of cake.

Scrambled eggs and stuffed pasilla peppers (stuffed with a blend of cream cheese, cheddar cheese and my homemade breakfast sausage). I love my diet!

We took friends out to dinner.  I had a dish of chicken with shrimp, zucchini, red bell peppers and scallions, served over fresh spinach, drizzled with a porter sauce. And a slice of chocolate cake for my carb/dessert :)

Mid morning snack of smoked oysters and 1 homegrown cherry tomato.  Yum!
