Last night's upper. It was rotisserie chicken, potato salad, green peas. Come to think of it, I need some breakfast. :lol3:
Cinnamon raisin bread toasted with butter
15 cashews and a glass of ice water to move them down the throat. Whew! Man, I'm stuffed!

1/4 of a Fuji apple.

a bowl of chili, with the last tiny bit of extra sharp white cheddar cheese crumbled over it -- yum! and a couple fig bars.
I've had that same type of meal before too! Yummy!

a bowl of chili, and several spoonfuls of some homemade extra chunky cinnamon applesauce.
An Asian salad for lunch. It was so good. Lettuce, cabbage, carrots, snap peas, almonds, crispy wonton strips and Asian sesame dressing. It had red onion and red pepper too but I took them out.
Pepperoni pizza, mac and cheese, and a diet 7 UP.
