Part of a turtle blizzard from dairy queen. It is miracle treat day so we went to support the cause. Proceeds go towards local children's miracle network hospitals. I like to donate to these charities because without them, we probably would have lost our daughter. She was born in one of these hospitals and spent 26 days there before being transferred to a smaller hospital and spent 36 more days.
I had a small vanilla ice cream cone last night. On the way home from the hospital, Rick and I stopped in at our local ice cream place after we visited with his mom. That's my first ice cream cone in about two years, I think. It was a small cone, but I swear that puppy was a good 7 inches high with ice cream! I told Rick that next time I'll get a kiddy cone. But oh my, it was so good. We wouldn't have stopped, but they had peanut butter as their third flavor this week and Rick loves peanut butter ice cream. It was worth it.
Chick Fil A grilled nuggets, buffalo sauce, and maybe half an order of small waffle fries. The BF isn't helping with the diet when he asks if its ok if we split a small fry :lol3: He's supposed to keep me on track these 3 weeks of "hard dieting".
At lunch I realized I just ate what I wanted for dinner tonight also - buffalo grilled chicken!
