The last thing I ate was our snacking at lunch time yesterday. I heated up the baked beans our BIL gave to us for Rick last night for a quick supper. I didn't bother...all I wanted to do was drink iced water!

One piece of whole wheat toast with an overeasy egg and a slice of cheese on top. I ate it like an open face sandwich.

This evening my daughter came with a birthday gift for me and she took me shopping and i took her out for dinner. It's been a long time since we've been out together for a meal. It was a pleasant evening.
Beef stroganoff, half a slice of bread and coleslaw.
