I like potatoes in just about every form, but I'm going to have to go with french fries or tater tots. 🥔🥔🥔

I would say it's a matter of taste. Boiled, Mashed, Fried, Baked . I've had the all. Most often I prefer Baked though

I love any kind of potatoes as long as they don't have anything added like onions. Butter is okay.
Baked is my favorite, but sliced thin and fried in a little bit of vegetable oil is a special treat. My mother used to fry them (or the peels) in bacon grease.

Baked, followed closely by garlic mashed, followed by Hasselbacks, followed by potato salad, followed by homemade French fries in the NFG.

Russets for baked and Hasselbacks and French fries
Red-skinned or Yukon gold for mashed or potato salad

misty8723 misty8723 My Dad used to make the best fried potatoes (with eggs). For the life of me, I can't get them crispy.
