It's lunchtime now (1:14pm) i was thinking of scratching up my last steak, but of chicken, potato, sweet potato, tomato, onion etc and cooking a stew in the oven (got this beautiful terracota casserole thingie from my grandma im yet to test out)

I make my gravy with just flour, milk, butter and black pepper, not all of that other stuff.

Ooh nooo!!!!!!! Ive put all the stuff together veges, meat, made some gravy with flour/water/worcestershite, topped it off with the mash, popped it in the oven, and just realised all the dry herbs and salt&pepper i was going to add to the meat is still on the bench unused!
