Don't know yet. Something easy because I'm POOPED. I didn't sleep well the past couple of nights and its been a long day at work.

I might stuff some ricotta and spinach into some chicken breasts, drizzle with marinara sauce and bake it. That covers all the food groups right? I have some frozen garlic bread too. Sounds easy enough.

We had barbecued hamburgers and potato salad.
I had cheetos instead of potato salad.

Thats so sad, all the people from the Assisted Housing (thats right behind there, and where my Grandpa used to live
) would go there all the time. They were ALWAYS busy- I really wonder what happened. Now I'm sad
