It's still a while until lunchtime, and I'll have it at my desk -- my stash is getting down, so I guess it's cheese and crackers and an apple. 'Twill serve.

Okay, I went to McDonalds and had a burger and fries- I was starving!

I had a half of bagel with cream cheese and a diet pepsi. I don't know what else I will have. maybe an orange.
I had a whole wheat turkey sandwich from Tim Hortons!
I also bought a kit kat bar
But I will remedy the chocolate eating with an apple later on

I was sooooo good today. I had a plate of fresh raw veggies and fruit, with about a gallon of water. But, I'm still dreaming of a BigMac!
I was pretty reasonable today! I had a cucumber, a roma tomato, and some carrot slices with a bit of olive oil, and a lite English muffin with hummus.
hummm i'm not sure yet- i'm starving though!! guess it's time to see what we have to eat in the kitchen
