We're having leftover teriaki pork loin, done up as an oriental bowl.

For dinner tonight I made Potato Salad, Deviled Eggs and Chicken Fingers.

My Chicken Fingers are strips of chicken, dipped in an egg wash, then in flour, then in Frank's Red Hot, then in flour again and fried.

Oh so very tasty!
