Thursdays are not conducive to preparation of a proper dinner. But I needed food. It was a couple of European weiners and a couple of slices of crusty bread and butter with Vegemite. And, for a catch as catch can, it was pretty good.
I rather imagine DH had Golden Arches. He usually does on Thursday.
