It's a mood thing

Tonight I made it with ground white turkey, and added just a wee bit of plain white gravy mix to give it more of a chili 'texture'. I like eating it by scoopin' it up with the big "scoops" Frito cornchips or saltine crackers.

I made a vegetable quiche with mushrooms, onions, parsley, dill, garlic, spinach and a bit of light mozzarella. With a side of romaine salad. Mmmm.
