Its laundry night and the laundrymat is next to the Chinese place , so we're going to split a "Buddah's Delight" with steamed rice from the Chinese restaurant and I'm making my own egg rolls and msutard/jelly sauce to go with it.

It really is!! I've made it a few times and combined ideas from each recipe and it is totally delicious!

Once I've written the recipe down properly, you can have it if you like!

I'm so glad I won't have to actually cook tonight!

No clue - hubby didn't tell me what he's cooking tonight. I don't think he took anything out for dinner - it was a rough morning. Maybe we'll order a pizza or pop in a frozen lasagna.

Eva, what time is dinner? I will be over! You know how much I love enchiladas!

I am also a complete and total cheese freak!
grilled cheese sounds great!

Sarah, I would love that recipe once you perfect it!

As far as my recipe, we will see how it goes. It doesn't have many ingredients, so it will be interesting to see how it comes out.

Karen you of all people know just how often I cook this meal!!!!
What's so bad is they fight to see who gets home first the next day so they can have the left overs for after school snack. Unless Eric sneaks home at lunch and eats it.

I do use three bags of cheese!!! I love gooey cheese!!!

I will just be eating whatever is available in the machine at work - that is my dinner most nights.
