It was so good, I could have ate more. We had roasted broccoli with it.
Parmesan roasted chicken breast. It's just chicken seasoned with a bit of pepper and then shredded parmesan cheese. Cook it in a hot pan with oil about 7 minutes on each side.what is it?

Glad I saw this early. If I didn't have to go to church, I would come on over and eat with you. I do love grilled salmon.Grilled salmon tonight. With salad.
Yes, it's fried. I rarely fry chicken but that is one of the meals that I do. We don't eat it often though, once every couple years. Now I can see what it is. Looks lovely but it's fried not roasted right?
You only put cheese on one side right? Stupid question!!Yes, it's fried. I rarely fry chicken but that is one of the meals that I do. We don't eat

The cheese is on both sides. You push it in so it sticks to it and then carefully put it into the panYou only put cheese on one side right? Stupid question!!
another stupid question. Do you fry before the cheese? The cheese is on both sides. You push it in so it sticks to it and then carefully put it into the pan
No. You lay the cheese out on a piece of foil or wax paper, season chicken with a bit of pepper and then press it into the cheese. Try to get it covered in cheese and then carefully put in a hot pan with some oil. Let it fry for about 7 minutes until it is crispy, carefully flip it and cook another 7 minutes. It's fairly easy and makes a really crispy cheesy coating on the chicken.another stupid question. Do you fry before the cheese?
