It's very easy. Most people make a roux but I don't. It's too unhealthy and I'm not crazy about a strong roux taste either.Originally Posted by Kiwideus

I'll send you the recipe. I kinda do it different evey time. You really can't mess it up......unless you make a roux, you can burn that easily.
Are you interested in making it the "real cajun" way with a roux, the healthier way or both?
