Tonight I'm making Shake-N-Bake chicken breasts, and with that we'll have fresh snap peas and carrots and Clementine oranges.
In the future, how about using a pressure cooker? My dh bought me one this past year, and while I still don't use it, he does and makes the most incredible dishes w/gravy in less than an hour!Originally Posted by AbbysMom
Ok, I admit it, I haven't cooked a single meal all week. We have either been going out to eat, or getting takeout.
It is a cold, rainy miserable day here, and I really feel like beef stew. I have a great recipe, but it needs to cook for 4 hours in the oven, not to mention prep time. I've been to the grocery store, so I will be starting on it in another few hours.
What is everyone else having?
