What was tooth resorption?

I took my little girl in yesterday for a dental cleaning. It was her first and her teeth look beautiful but I was told she had tooth resorption. I was told that I would have to extract three teeth and this business is probably one of the best in my area, so I trust them. They showed me pictures and x-rays although I’m not a doctor. My question to anyone is, have you ever use the Healthy mouth products, water additives, etc. that help reduce plaque and tartar? I would love to hear some reviews!
