Exactly! They don't have to fight over them

They told me they were very attached to momma kitty and couldn't bare to let her go

saw the pix before i saw this thread! they're just darling... i agree, ask the animal control people where they'll be taking the seized animals so you can get mama cat!

You were so good to go and get the little kittens, I would try and call the animal control people and ask about the mama cat. I sure wish you could get her too. She would be so happy to see her babies again.
