I never watched TV much as a child. I was always outside, but I do remember:

Romper Room
Captain Kangaroo (and Mr. GreenJeans)
ZORRO (my favorite)
Gun Smoke
Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom
Wonderful World of Disney
Laramie
Kukla, Fran and Ollie (puppets) with Shari Lewis

Wow...that was a long time ago! I had completely forgotten about a few of these until I saw this thread!

Oh, Sigmund the Seamonster was a seperate show. And speaking of the Kraft Brother productions - anyone remember Lidsville?
That's it! H.R. PufnStuf! I must have confused that and Sigmund because they were probably played back to back when I was a kid.

I forgot about Romper Room. I kept watching when she had the magic mirror and they never said they saw "Hope". It was always "I see Cathy, Jane, Robert, Julie, Bob...." Yes, I'm tramatize by that!

) Anyone remember that one too?
"De plane, de plane!"
I don't think I actually saw Kimba on TV, but supposedly the creators of the Lion King ripped off Kimba.

Shows I watched as a kid.. most of them are quite "new" because I was an early 90's kid:

Mr Dressup
Tintin
Are You Afraid of the Dark?
Kitty Cats
Babar
Mr. Bean
Rocket Robin Hood

Goosebumps
Iris the Happy Professor with the giant pink piano
Magic School Bus
Tales of the Riverbank/Hammy the Hamster
Care Bears
Art Attack (with the nice Brit.. I think his name was Neil)
Rocky and Bullwinkle Show
Doug
Beavis and Butt-head

America's Funniest Home Videos
The A-Team
Rugrats
I vaguely remember a show with Mario and Luigi

There are too many to list and I bet the majority have been listed already!!!

My ultimate favorites were Fraggle Rock, The Smurfs, Strawberry Shortcake, and Rainbow Brite.

And OF COURSE, Punky Brewster!

All in the Family
The Bob Newhart Show
Chips
Happy Days
The Jeffersons
Lavern and Shirley
The Mary Tyler Moore Show
The Odd Couple
Sanford and Son
Taxi
The Waltons
The Brady Bunch
Welcome Back Kotter

It's funny, because these are still some of the more favourite shows that I find to watch on TV even today. I can't stand most of the trash that is showing up on TV these days so I tend to stick to watching reruns of old favourites like the above.
Are we living the same life or what those were all of mine too!!!! I also
loved Bugs Bunny, would love to watch all of those right now, but they never show it! Scooby-do, Captain Kangaroo, Bozo the Clown!

When I was really little I found a polaroid picture of Tattoo that someone had taken while watching Fantasy Island. I asked my mom who it was and she told me. I think I saw Fantasy Island a few times.. not sure where though.

Sugarfoot was the name of the show and the name of the main charactor of the show staring Will Hutchins. He was such a cutie!!! I was about 12 when it was on TV.
