What should I do ??????

I have to neuter my cat next Tuesday, and do blood tests on Monday. However, in the last two days my cat has been eating a lot , like , A LOT. and is bloated. I'm afraid he has worms, which is very strange since I give him drontal about a month ago ( he had roundworms).
should i give him the drontal again( I read it's recommended every 3 months )or it could affect the results of the blood tests on Monday?
I swear I need your help cause he's my first cat and I really have no idea what to do.

If this were me, I'd talk to the vet and see what they suggest to do.

It's very common for kitties to need more than one round of dewormer. I would call the vet and ask if you can drop off a fecal specimen for them to test for parasites before doing anything.
