What Is Your Favourite (and Least Favourite) Sport?

I am not really a sports person either to watch or participate. I did take martial arts for a number of years. I liked it while I was involved with it but I lost interest. I went to a rugby match once when I was in college, I knew nothing about it but I did like watching it. That looks like a really rough sport.

To do, or to watch?
To do: I like to swim, walk, and read on the couch. (I know it's not a sport, but if it were I'd be a pro!)
To watch: Soccer (especially if one of my kids is playing) and hockey (because I'm amazed that they can do all of that on skates).
Least favorite: Football (don't get it, don't care) and baseball (sooo long and boring).
