What is wrong with my cat?!

My cat,Missy,had babies 3 weeks ago.
They are really good kittens and usally I'll see her attack her kittens. She'll bite them and kick them. Why is she doing this to them?

Also I know this has nothing to do with this but we can not find one of the kittens! How can we find them and also how can we keep them locked up?! I'm very very worried about this kitten!
