What is the best Kitten/Cat Collar to use and Why?

The best cat collar to use is one that can snap on and off easily, so if your cat gets stuck on something, the collar will just pop off instead of choking your cat.

I have been wondering the same thing. The best one I have found for my kitten was a plan pink coller from the dollar tree. I bought a breakaway from petsmart but it CONSTANTLY falls off!!!
