What is the one ingredient that you always ask to be omitted if possible from a dish?

I don't think I've ever asked for anything to be omitted from a dish.
Blu cheese
black olives. It's weird, I love to eat them all by themselves, but I don't care for them on my pizza or mexican food.

Shrimp. But it normally doesn't come up unless I go to a sushi place with a "chef's choice" plate, then I ask for no shrimp. It's a common enough allergen that they don't question it. I'm not allergic; it's just a texture issue.

Yes yes yes!!! Except no sauces for me either except bbq is fine.
I'm ok with tomato based sauces but not slices / chunks of tomato.
Avocado. I love it and it's ok in some things; but I had a mild reaction to it in the past.
Raw onions.
I don't like a lot of foods, so I'm the worst when it comes to this

i will say tomato paste ( its a no no for someone with crohns )
Ether mushrooms are tomato's I hate both of them!

I absolutely despise Cilantro, it tastes like soap or super smelly socks. Did I mention how much I hate it? 
Salad. I'm not a very salady person so I hate it when I go out to eat and they always add lots of extra salad and sauces to the meal, especially when I order burgers.
Did you know that is a genetic thing? For some of us we have a gene that makes cilantro taste like soap.
