, I woke up late so I needed something quick, plus I am not much of a breakfast person, except the Dutch babies we had at my grandparents yesterday morning....those were good!
Even if I don't feel like eating, a small something is important for the body in so many ways.
My favorite is a fruit smoothie with yogurt, a bowl of fresh fruit, fruit and peanut butter or yogurt as dipping sauce, a veggie and egg roll up (veggies, eggs, cheese, on a bed of lettuce rolled in a whole wheat tortilla), blueberry/walnut pancakes/waffles with real maple syrup no butter, a glass of orange juice, green tea, a small bowl of cereal, plain cereal with organic milk, homemade banana muffins, lox whole grain bagel, or eggs and whole wheat toast.
