Noticed this when I went to trim my cats paw, wondering if its just a callus or maybe a fungal infection? It doesn't seem to be bothering him, wondering if there is anything I need to do?

That's concerning and a trip to the vet is in order.

Just out of curiosity, does your cat go outdoors? Is it tender when you touch him, is he lethargic or licking his paws? I agree that you should contact your vet.
