Hi. I have a cat called Ugu. I don't know his breed. He kinda looks like a tabby but I think He is not completely Tabby.

Very cute kitty. How old is he?

Without a known history he's considered a Domestic Shorthair (DSH). Tabby is a coat pattern, not a breed. Tabby comes in a number of different types: mackerel, classic, spotted, ticked, etc. Your kitty definitely has a tabby pattern. Do you have pictures of his whole body showing his sides? We need to see the pattern on his body to be able to tell which type of tabby pattern he has.

And I also thought that he was a European Shorthair cat.

European short hair is really a breed, with certificates and everything. But you have right in a way, the europeans tends to look as typical peasants cats - why - these are surely their ancestors.

Do you have a clear pic of the side, so we can see for sure the pattern? My guess is he is a mackerel tabby, or tigrered as they say in some languages. But I dont really see nothing.

Splendid! A nice broken mackerel tabby, but I guess some could call him as spotted tabby.
