OK...I am finally getting around to posting a picture of my dinner the other night.
It is BBQ Pork, Roasted Potatoes and Corn on the Cob.

Last night was pretty boring, but I think I'm going to do Cornish Game Hens tonight for our weekly special dinner. Haven't decided what sides.

I can't see the picture..........
My game hens turned into pork tenderloin medallions. I was too tired to think when I got home. Almost too tired to COOK -- and that's sad. But that's what pork tenderloins are for.
When I want a really lovely meal, without a lot of fuss, that's what comes out of the freezer. Tonight it had mushrooms and a brandy cream sauce, and was accompanied by the first beans (scarlet runners) from our garden, and garlic mash.
Dessert was fresh nectarine and blackberries in orange brandy over vanilla ice cream. I didn't think to take a picture

That sure does look good!! I'll be cooking tomorrow, at least for me Jerry can't eat. I'll post whatever it is!
No real cooking tonight. Just some spanakopitas out of the freezer and a Greek Salad to go with them. Probably don't need to take pictures. And as we're expecting to take out-of-town friends out for dinner tomorrow, it'll be Monday before I mess around in the kitchen again.
