I've always had male cats and all of them have loved being pet. I just recently adopted a female kitten and she'll let you pet her for just a minute before she starts to growl and tries to attack you. I was just wondering if female cats tend to be less friendly than male cats or maybe it's the type of breed she is, a calico/tabby mix I believe, or maybe it's just her own individual personality. Any thoughts from people that have owned both genders of cats might know something about this, thanks.
